The Business Service Manager is the Business Service Management (BSM) platform from Novell. Before the acquisition from Novell at the end of 2008 the product was provided by Managed Objects and was developed and distributed under the same product name "Managed Objects". The main focus of the product is to provide a extensive collection of applications, functionality and visulalisation alternatives around the topic Business Service Management. Over 50 different Out-of-the-box adapters to Thirdparty tools e.g. BMC Remedy, IBM TADDM, Tideway Foundation, Netcool or CA Unicenter or to any other data sources e.g. databases, webservices, logfiles or SNMP Traps allow the provison of each data sources in your company.
